Detroit Auto Show 2014 Review
A positive mood at the Detroit motor show is normally a good indication of an upbeat US vehicle industry. And walking round the 2014 event – officially known as the North American International Auto Show or NAIAS – the feeling was overwhelmingly positive. Busy stands, a healthy number of important new world debuts from US, European, South Korean and Japanese manufacturers, and the best attendance figures since 2003 at 803,451, reflect an industry well and truly recovered, in the US at least.
